There is a review process available for candidates who are unsuccessful in the examination stages of the assessment process.

The review process is limited to a review of the procedures directly related to the examination in which the candidate was unsuccessful.

If the procedures are found to be inconsistent with the document the fee for the candidate to resit the examination may be reduced or waived. The result will not be upgraded from a fail to a pass.
