Proposed Acupuncture Accreditation Standard
The Australian Physiotherapy Council has invited submissions from key stakeholders as part of a broad consultation (Stage 2) on the draft accreditation standard for the assessment of programs of study relevant to the endorsement of a registered health practitioner to practice as an acupuncturist. The consultation is being conducted in accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency document “Procedures for development of accreditation standards”.
Applications for submissions has now closed.
The revised standard will be submitted to the participating National Boards for approval.
