As in any other profession, a good command of the English language is essential in order to practise as a physiotherapist. To obtain information about English language learning programs in Australia you should contact:

- Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) providers
- Technical and Further Education (TAFE) colleges; or
- Migration Resource Centres (MRC).
