The Australian Physiotherapy Association
The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), which has a branch in every State and Territory, is the professional body for physiotherapists in Australia.
The APA formulates ethics and policies for the profession and makes representations on its behalf to government and other bodies at national and State levels.
The Association is a member of the World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) and offers professional development programs that are open to overseas qualified physiotherapists.
Membership is open to overseas qualified physiotherapists.
